**Who are we?**
- Minimum Qualification Required:
- Grade 12
- Minimum Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a commercial property risk surveyor working within a team with a proven track record in survey commercial property risks
- Experience surveying complex risks including manufacturing operations with a business interruption risk component
- Thorough understanding of commercial property insurance contracts
- Any commercial insurance underwriting experience will be advantageous
- Deliverables include, but will not be limited to:
- Survey commercial property risks to determine and document the risk profile and to advise underwriters of any concerns and or recommendations regarding the risk
- Building strong relationships with the Underwriting and support teams
- Competencies Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deliver high quality reports
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent people skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Attention to detail and able to work under pressure
