Papermaker

**Job Desciption**:

- To ensure that the plant runs at maximum efficiency and at a mínimal cost.
- To monitor plant maintenance and ensure that all problems are escalated to the Mill Manager
- To supervise and sign off all documentation related to staff.
- Motivate team to perform to the required performance standard.
- Conducting quality control checks and handling raw materials and intermediate stock
- Supervise all work performed to ensure that all company procedures are being followed.
- Comply with all health and safety rules.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

**Educational Requirements**:

- Diploma or BTech in Pulp & Paper Technology or Chemical Engineering
- Diploma or BTech in Production Management with working experience within a Tissue Manufacturing environment

**Experience Requirements**:

- At least 3 years relevant experience as a Paper Maker
- Proven track record of leading a team.
