We are looking for a resource to provide a desktop resource for a period of six (6) months. Below are functions that will be expected from the resource:
▪

Provide onsite and or remote desktop support services,

▪

Provisioning and deprovisioning of end-user devices (Desktop, laptops, tablets)

▪

Resolve end-user support calls logged via service desk system with the set resolution timeframe.

▪

Resolving of identified end-user device vulnerabilities.

▪

Ensure end-users are connected to the printers and able to print.

▪

Assess and facilitate resolution of LAN points faults including installation of required new network points.

▪

Assist the technical team in resolving identified server or related security incidents.

▪

Implement prescribed security measures to protect organizational data, software, and hardware.

▪

Ensure that Antivirus agents are deployed on all devices and servers including implementation of patches.

▪

Keeping record of procurement, delivery notes and including processing of invoices.

One would like the resource to commence on the 01 April 2024.
