**Responsibilities**:

- To action the daily warehousing activities of the Cape Town warehouse
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Interface with internal customers and external customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to manage warehouse
- Action and coordinate activities with other departments ( Sales / Services)
- Daily/Weekly & Monthly stock counts to ensure warehouse integrity
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Filing of shipments loading & pickings sheet

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate is required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehousing, proven work experience as a Warehouse Controller
- A Team player
- Works well under tight deadlines
- Positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy
- Highly effective skills and techniques
- Knowledge of warehouse Syspro ERP software is preferred and MS Office proficiency
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate warehouse activities and interface with other operational departments
- Strong Organisational and time management skills
