Quality Assessor

Direct Independent Brokers is seeking Quality Assessors for our Insurance Sales Department to commence ASAP. This role will be reporting directly to the QA Manager.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
Matric (Grade 12)
Criminal clear
Previous Call Centre / QA / Insurance experience is highly preferred
Vernacular positions - Sotho Tswana and Zulu languages required (or as many as possible)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Excel and have strong general computer skills
Excellent administrative skills
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurized environment.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Assess sales agents' call recordings to ensure they meet all necessary quality requirements
Logging the QA results on various systems and spreadsheets as required
Provide feedback to managers with regards to the quality of a specific call or specific agent
Data capturing and data transferring to and from various systems
Coaching agents if or when required
Various campaign specific sales support and admin duties as required.
**OPERATIONAL WORKING HOURS**:
Monday - Friday 08:00 AM - 16:30 PM
SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From R8 500,00 per month
