Do you have a passion for designing, developing, and programming PLC systems, along with a knack for robotics? We're searching for a talented individual to fill this dynamic role in our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand and implement PLC ladder logic and text-based logic programs.

Specific in depth knowledge and experience with SIEMENS PLCs
Design, develop, and program new PLC systems.
Serve as a technical lead in programming when necessary.
Debug and repair equipment as needed.
Develop and implement standard engineering practices, providing detailed documentation upon project completion and start-up.
Collaborate closely with software developers to ensure seamless integration.

Other Duties and Skills Required:
College or industry diploma in PLC programming, industrial electrical, and robotics equipment.
Trade certification or apprenticeship is an asset.
3-5 years' work experience in electrical and/or robotics programming.
Proficiency in additional coding/programming languages.
Understanding of automotive stamping, welding, processing, and automation.
Strong grasp of safety protocols including OHSA, CSA, and ISO.
Good understanding of the production environment, with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with outstanding organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in using various electrical and electronic testing equipment.
