**About the role**:
**Job responsibilities**:
Support the management of the daily cash flow allocation processing, pre
- and post
- trade compliance, trade execution processing as well as cash and position reconciliation.
- Support the management of maintaining model portfolios on the various platforms.
- Support the implementation process for portfolio rebalances and reallocations.
- Support the production of daily, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting, including but not limited to NAV reporting, Factsheets, Commentary, AUM reporting, Client reporting.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and service providers
- Maintain investment and operational tools and databases
- Take ownership of internal/external queries and requests and ensure they are resolved timeously and effectively
- Work closely with various internal teams to ensure excellent service offering
- Maintain existing client and service provider relationships
- Continually review and improve operational processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency
- Maintenance of procedure documentation

**Qualifications**:
Relevant tertiary qualification and experience
- Advanced Excel (including Macro/VBA) knowledge would be highly desirable.
- Sound understanding of the SA investment and platform industry
- Strong experience working in an Investment Operations or Fund Administration role
- Knowledge of industry rules and regulations
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy a must have skill
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Logical thinker with strong problem solving ability
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task and deliver required output on time
- A dynamic, proactive team player with a positive attitude and a passion for the financial services industry
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge and experience on Morningstar Direct, Tableau and Salesforce would be highly desirable
- Excellent English skills are required; other languages skills are desirable

Nice to have:

- Advanced Excel (including Macro/VBA) knowledge would be highly desirable
