Job Overview
The position will be based at Thungela Greenside Colliery and will report to the Consignment Stores Team Leader with a reporting link to the Contract administrator and Site Manager of the mine site.

Day to day running of site consignment stores.
Key Job Responsibilities
Job Specification (not totally inclusive)

Day to day running of site consignment stores.

Receiving stock, bin stock and process issued stock.

Updating order report of site and drive back orders with Komatsu call center - give continues feedback to site Manager and customer on expected delivery dates.

Receiving and processing of customer orders as per site specific process.

Prepare documentation and book issued stock from consignment with customer representative.

Prepare all documentation as per site specific procedure and tag all returned repairs units to Komatsu (ARG units and R&R units).

Arrange transportation as and when required with the relevant departments.

Liaise with mine and Komatsu on all orders, breakdown orders, call back, return and deliveries.

Cycle counting, stock takes and audits on a weekly, monthly, and periodical period - reconcile stock take to 100%.

Stores Housekeeping.
Compliance with Komatsu and mine Health and Safety procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Skills and experience required

Grade 12/N3
Certificate in Stores and Stock Keeping or Logistics Management or related courses will be an added advantage
Minimum of 3 to 4 years store related experience
Minimum of 2 years SAP stores related processing
Experience in MS Excel
Minimum of 2 years’ experience stores will be an added advantage
Driver’s license and own reliable transport
