**Sales Representative**
African Extracts is inspired by South Africa's natural beauty and the unique skin-care benefits of Rooibos. We are looking for a Sales Representative to cover the Cape Town and wider Western Cape area.

**Note the successful applicant must have their own vehicle to use in this role.**

**Roles**:

- Visiting all retail stores in the Western Cape Region: Clicks, Dis-Chem, Shoprite Checkers, PnP, Spar, OK Foods, Food Lovers Market & Pharmacies
- All stores to be properly merchandised according to merchandising manual
- Responsible for the good shelf presence of African Extracts products
- Identify and rectify out of stock items
- Check all PI labels to make sure they reflect the correct product information & price
- Tracking of store sales
- Proactively identify sales opportunities
- Sell products to independent Pharmacies
- Train and assist store promoters and beauty assistants
- Roll-out of marketing elements (Point of sale) in stores
- Monthly meetings with Merchandising agents and representatives
- Weekly meetings with colleagues and Sale Manager
- Assist with the set-up, scouting and implementation of marketing activations
- Deliver gifts/samples/collect faulty products from customers and stores
- Promote in stores on select weekends

**Requirements**:

- Own transport & valid driver’s license (compulsory tracker fitted at company expense, company will pay AA rate per customer).
- Reliable Smart phone & computer. The company offers R250 Data allowance.
- 2 Years sales experience (retail sales, merchandising and promotions will be advantageous)
- Reside in Western Cape (within 30km radius from City Centre)
- Weekend work required on select weekends.
- Matric certification
- Full COVID-19 vaccination

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R20 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
