SEO Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies
- Coordinate with web developers, content writers and marketing team
- Conduct keyword research and optimization
- Monitor and analyze SEO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate etc.
- Build systems, process and best practices to ensure that all content is optimized for SEO
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry’s best practices, strategies, and offerings within SEO
- Create reports to understand SEO strategy performance and create plans for improvements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent years of experience)
- Proficiency in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Project Management and Project Research experience
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in SEO, marketing strategies, and tactical recommendations
- Demonstrated experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role for 3-5 years
