**Job Purpose**Responsibilities**:

- Creating, maintaining and refinement of monthly dashboards (Excel, Power BI and other) to track trends in financial, risk, pipeline and other data
- Conduct statistical analysis to gain insights from complex datasets, supporting data-driven decision-making efforts.
- Offer insights and observations to stakeholders, identify trends and measure performance
- Support the creation of value from data, assisting in translating data into meaningful business solutions.
- Contribute to shaping the organization's AI/ML strategy with the support of senior team members
- Consolidate, analyze, interpret and provide high quality intelligence and analysis
- Support stakeholders with data, insights and ad hoc analysis of client data (financial, risk and pipeline metrics)
- Presenting findings to stakeholders
- Provide solutions to advance the teams analytical and automation capabilities
- Training users
- Continuous self
- upskilling on business intelligence tools
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Building trusting relationships with stakeholders, including Exco and Manco level, to gain credibility and maintain reputation through consistent delivery of quality output
- Ensure the timeous completion and delivery of various reports by setting realistic expectations given the constraints at hand
- Identify training courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from management
- Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within the specified timeframe

**Essential Qualifications - NQF Level**
- Bachelors Degree in any of the following fields i.e. Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science- Preferred Qualification- Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree- Minimum Experience Level- 1-3 years experience in an analytical role within the financial industry
- 1-3 years experience in Power BI
- 1-3 years experience in Excel
- 1-3 years experience in data modelling
- 1-3 years experience in machine learning, statistics, optimization, or related field
- Experience with R, Python and SQL will be beneficial- Technical / Professional Knowledge- Data analysis (Excel, Power BI, SQL, R. Python)
