**What we require from you**:

- Interest and experience in residential property marketing and selling.
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English. Zulu or Afrikaans and advantage.
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Be proactive
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Maintain a positive relationship with fellow agents and admin team
- Present valuations to potential sellers
- Attend photography appointments
- Schedule and attend open hour/ show days
- Respond to all incoming buyer leads
- Arrange and attend viewing appointments with buyers and sellers

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
