House Mother

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Oversight**: Oversee daily activities and routines, ensuring residents adhere to schedules for wake-up, meals, medication, recreational activities, groups, and bedtime.
- **Structured Schedule**: Ensure residents follow a structured daily schedule to promote routine and stability.
- **Enforcement of Rules**: Ensure compliance with all house rules and regulations, fostering a safe and respectful environment for all.
- **Spiritual Guidance**: Conduct weekly bible study sessions to encourage spiritual growth and reflection.
- **Clean and Organized Environment**: Ensure girls maintain a clean and organized living space, promoting a sense of responsibility and pride.
- **Daily Inspections**: Conduct daily room inspections to uphold cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly.
- **Leadership Meetings**: Facilitate and participate in weekly leadership meetings to foster a sense of community and accountability.
- **Maintenance Reporting**: Identify and report household maintenance problems to the Operations team.
- **School Support**: Provide support by walking girls to and from school, ensuring their safety and well-being.
