Learnership Facilitator

We are looking to hire a person with knowledge in Energy Regulation, qualification 66514, who is able to deliver accredited training programs leading to certification at NQF level 5. This role requires a person qualified in electrical engineering with exceptional teaching abilities, industry expertise, and a passion for cultivating the next generation to be skilled in renewable energy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Curriculum delivery: Develop and deliver engaging lessons covering theoretical and practical elements of the required accreditation. Utilize various teaching methods, and adapt teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Learner assessment: Design and implement a variety of assessments (written projects-based, practical, etc) to gauge learner understanding and skill development. Offer constructive and actionable feedback to facilitate learner progress. Maintain accurate and comprehensive assessment records.
- Mentorship and support: Become a mentor to learners, providing guidance and support throughout their training program. Motivate learners to strive for excellence.
- Coordinate practical training elements.
- Ensuring that training outcomes align with overarching business goals.
