**Senior Financial Administrator: DHET Projects and Grants (Grade 10)**
**Finance Division**
**Main Objectives**
To provide seamless financial administrative support relating to accounting and administration of DHET UCDP grants and projects. Additional responsibilities may include other DHET-related projects. The incumbent will perform tasks that include the creation, maintenance, monitoring and financial reporting of projects within the University’s financial systems.
**The Requirements**
- National Diploma or higher qualification in Financial Accounting or similar field a distinct advantage.
- Analyzing accounts, identifying problems, and recommending and preparing corrections/journals.
- Producing information for financial and related reporting purposes.
- Demonstrating knowledge of the procure-to-pay process, from purchase order to delivery to payment
- Working within a computerised accounting environment, with advanced level of Excel.
- Administration of and financial reporting of projects.
- Experience working in a Higher Education environment is an advantage.
- Experience working on an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Financial System is an advantage e.g., Oracle Cloud, SAP etc.

**Remuneration per annum (Grade 10)**:
Basic Pensionable Salary per annum: R330 178
Cost to Company per annum (Approximately): R448 473
