**About Our Retreats**

We work with extremely high end guests in a private 1:1 retreat setting offering a powerful holistic program for stress, burn out, anxiety, depression, addiction and more. Working with a team of 7 other therapists we provide our clients with an outstanding experience and a proven program that works.

As a psychotherapist or counselor at a luxury holistic mental health retreat and rehab, your primary responsibility is to provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals seeking life changing treatment for mental health and addiction issues. Your role involves supporting clients in their journey towards mental well-being, personal growth, and recovery using evidence-based therapies and holistic approaches as well as guiding and driving a team of integrated wellness professionals to provide an outstanding life transforming journey for our clients.

Specifically this role is starting off with our high end private 1:1 VIP clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Phone assessments and sales: You have the skill to do a 360 assessment of the client on their first call and pinpoint their gaps and issues in record time giving them a real and thorough understanding of their issues and goals holistically in less than 1.5 hrs. Knowing the full team and program inside out you assist in converting the client by walking them step by step through the full Alive journey.
- Conduct Individual Therapy Sessions: Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, and other evidence-based approaches. EMDR is also an advantage.
- Shadow Work: You will work side by side with a skilled Executive coach who will educate and empower the client using our full process and tools. Your role is to dig deep into the real issues that a client is hiding, avoiding and pretending not to know and help them surface in order for the team to be able to support the client with the best possible tools and processes.
- Implement The Alive Wellness Program: Implement our proven comprehensive wellness program for retreat participants, focusing on various aspects of mental, physical, and emotional well-being without straying or missing important steps working to the daily and weekly themes whilst balancing client progress and pacing.
- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct initial assessments, including evaluating clients' mental health conditions, determining treatment needs, and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual clients that are in alignment with the full step by step Alive Process and team progress.
- Monitor Progress and Adjust Treatment: Continually assess clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, evaluate therapeutic effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure clients' needs are met by yourself or team.
- Provide Education and Psychoeducation: Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, addiction, and various treatment modalities. Offer psychoeducation sessions on coping skills, relapse prevention, and self-care practices.
- Family & Relationship Therapy: Design sessions prior to the beginning of the retreat in regards to family and loved ones contact, sessions required and boundaries with family members.
- Collaborative Approach: Collaborate and communicate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, and all other therapists who are all considered equal, to provide comprehensive care and ensure a holistic treatment approach at all times.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, treatment plans, progress notes, and other necessary documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards and ensure the team does the same daily.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Respect client privacy and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with professional codes of conduct and privacy laws.
- Booking Conditions: We have strict booking conditions in place with clients and firm team agreements. As an absolute professional experienced in this industry you are skilled at upholding these at all times to avoid legal or behavioral issues with all involved.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum Diploma in Counseling | Psychotherapy Trained Preferred | If you are Psychology trained you must have proven Counseling Training and Experience
- Those with other qualifications allowing them to work more holistically including yoga, mindfulness, meditation, fitness, energy work, health and more will be considered advantageous in this role.
