Fully Remote Sales Setter

The position is a fully remote position that works to set appointments for our sales team. We primarily have inbound leads where you would prospect and then directly book in appointments for our sales team. All of this is done through messenger on various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**
- Build a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new leads through creative outreach
- Generation of leads for sales team
- Re-engage with existing opportunities within our current pipeline
- Actively listen to customer needs while building rapport
- Qualify leads to schedule with our sales managers
- Expertly manage your day-to-day through our CRM system
- Partner with your manager and sales executives to track meeting success rate and outcome
- Actively contribute to a highly collaborative team culture

**Qualifications**
- Sales experience is a must, preferably appointment setting for high ticket programs
- Successful individuals will possess an excellent sales aptitude with a closing mentality, strong work ethic and communication skills, an outgoing and competitive personality and coach-able attitude
