Intern Student Teacher: Intermediate and Senior

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Student Teacher Intern** to join our dynamic teaching team. This internship offers aspiring educators hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative school environment, providing a solid foundation for future teaching careers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in **lesson planning**, preparation, and classroom management.
- Lead small group activities and offer individualized support to students.
- Help assess and grade students’ work under the supervision of a qualified teacher.
- **Observe** and **learn** effective teaching strategies, classroom dynamics, and instructional techniques.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Provide feedback and input on student progress to the mentor teacher.
- Engage with **school policies** and procedures, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in an **Education degree or teaching qualification program**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for **teaching** and learning, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to **work well in a team** and take direction from experienced educators.
- Eagerness to learn and **adapt** to different teaching methods and classroom environments.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
