Pharmacist

Our client, a farm in Modimolle in Limpopo is looking for a Pharmacist.

**Duties & Responsibilities include, but is not limited to**:

- Compounding and dispensing medications, as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring drug therapies, advising interventions, and informing customers of any potential side effects.
- Instructing how and when to take prescribed medications.
- Conducting health and wellness screenings.
- Providing immunizations, and other medical services, such as taking blood pressure, temperature measurements, and checking blood sugar levels.
- Keeping accurate patient records.
- Ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
- Adhering to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.
- Performing other administrative tasks when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor in Pharmacy or Pharmacology
- Valid license to practice as a pharmacist
- Proven experience as a pharmacist
- Minimum of1 to 2 years’ proven experience in pharmacy industry
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Drivers license

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Modimolle, Limpopo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- Pharmacy: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
- Software Applications, i.e. MediTech: 2 years (required)
- Detailed knowledge of dosage required & administration: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's license (required)
- Pharmacy License (required)
