**Responsibilities**:
Client administrationClient communication - written and spokenManagement of to-do listsOverall project management to ensure that all projects are scheduled and completed on time

**Requirements**:

- Must comply with all the Fit and Proper requirements as set out in the FAIS Act:

- Must have passed the CFP examinationsMust have passed the RE 5 FAIS examination
- Be detail orientated & have a passion for administrative work
- Have at least three years’ experience in a financial services company as a Paraplanner
- Have a working knowledge of the FAIS & FIC Act
- Must have a good track record and be comfortable dealing with wealthy clients/families
- Be comfortable working independently as well as within the ambit of a team
- Have loads of energy & initiative
- Maturity
- Ability to see past the obvious
- Suitable chemistry with management to create significant synergies
- Incredible work ethic
- Is not phased by challenges
- Above average financial services industry knowledge
- Loads of common sense
- Incredibly detailed focused
- Great organisational and project management skills
- Unique skill to see both the big and small picture
- Good management skills as well

Must have been supervised or completed their supervision or been exposed to the following (or most of) license categories:
Long Term Insurance : Category A
Long Term Insurance : Category B1
Long Term Insurance : Category B2
Long Term Insurance : Category C
Retail Pension Benefits
Pension Funds Benefits (excluding retail)
Securities and Instruments : Shares
Securities and Instruments : Money market instruments Securities and Instruments : Debentures and securitised debt
Securities and Instruments : Warrants, certificates and other instruments
Securities and Instruments : Bonds
Securities and Instruments : Derivative instruments
Participatory interests in Collective Investment Schemes
Deposits Defined in the Banks Act - exceeding 12 months
Deposits defined in the Banks act - 12 months or less

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R30 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
