The Agentsy BPO is looking for Payment Resolution Specialists with experience in a Contact Center. Individuals MUST be ready and able to hit the road running.
Mandatory requirements include:
- Must have 2 years minimum experience in sales, customer service/collections
- Proficiency in the use of CRM programs and debt collection software to update records and interpret payment information.
- Research skills to locate clients and track down errors that may occur and lead to inaccurate reporting of debts
- Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to overcome obstacles to collecting payment
- Ability to work in a high pressured environment
- Proficient in multitasking to move from one case to another.
- Great command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Time managements skills and professionalism
