Job Requirements and Skills
- NQF4 Qualification in Construction
- 5+ years’ experience in a Civil Construction environment
- Intricate production knowledge and experience in this role on a construction site
- Medically fit - must pass an entry medical assessment
- Assertive
- Technical orientated
- Fast pace and detailed orientated
Primary Duties
- Meet and exceed site production outputs to specifications
- Plan, monitor evaluate operational performances, resources and processes
- Supervisory responsibilities where required
- Monitor and control material usage and wastage
- Handle on-site problem-solving and decision-making
- Communicate effectively with team members
