POSITION AVAILABLE AT BUILD IT BULWER Job Title: ADMIN CLERK Underberg Build It has built a great reputation, both nationally and in the local area. We are looking for a full-time, experienced administrator to work approximately 45 hours a week. Applicants must be prepared to work shifts, and public holidays. The following will be required of applicants:

- You’ll need a high level of personal hygiene and a smart appearance
- A focused individual with an eye for detail
- Matric Certificate Your day-to-day duties will include and will expand:

- Managing a debtor’s book of 100 + customers.
- Dealing with any customer queries regarding accounts.
- Allocating settlement discounts and sending out statement on the first of each month.
- Following up on any outstanding accounts
- Operating switchboard.
- Petty cash control - Calculating Casual Wages and Payments.
- Monitoring shop consumables. Purchasing stationary, refreshments and cleaning supplies.
- Assisting HR with advertising new positions, contracts, uniforms, leave control and staff training
- Identify promotions and events for the day and capture content for Social media advertisement.
- Total customer satisfaction following the in store customer service program. Record any customer comments, requests and pass onto your supervisor. Report any suspicious behavior to your supervisor.
- Must be able to relieve Creditors Clerk in their absence. The following will be to your advantage:

- Previous experience in an administration, bookkeeping environment.
- Previous experience in a retail / sales environment

**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Underberg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
