**Requirements**:
At least two years’ experience in the marketing and PR industry
Diploma and/or degree
Excellent computer skills
Excellent people skills
Excellent social media skills
Have a vehicle or have a licence (and can drive - two years of driving experience)

Role breakdown
Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies;
Respond to client briefs
Writing and producing presentations and creative proposals
Creative elements development
Strategise and implement
Communicating with colleagues and key spokespeople;
Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media
Collating and analysing media coverage;
Writing and editing in-house blogs, magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports;
Preparing and supervising the production of publicity promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes;
Devising and coordinating photo opportunities;
Organising events including lifestyle events, luncheons, birthday's, press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours;
Maintaining and updating information on the organisation’s website;
Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities;
Commissioning market research
Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives;
Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis.
Planning and executing publicity strategies and campaigns
Dealing and managing enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations
Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations and photoshoots etc
Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
Analysing media coverage
Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research
Liaising with clients, managerial about budgets, timescales and objectives
The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns
Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability
Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level
Introduction new tools and techniques to the business
Trend forecasting
Social media
Understanding of all social media platforms
Abilities to create captions and copy
Blogging
Live posting
Content creation skills are advantageous
Basic understanding of utilising tools to create design/creative/GIF design skills are advantageous
