Requirements, Specifications & Qualifications:
Valid South African Drivers License.
Grade 12/ Senior Certificate
Minimum A+ N+ or similar preferable
Comfortable with the use of RMM Tools, and Helpdesk Systems.
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology - highly beneficial
Minimum 2 years experience supporting the IT Industry.
Be able to communicate in English in a friendly and professional manner.
The company is situated in Sunningdale, Parklands area.
Person is responsible for their own transport to and from work.
The position will have a minimum 3 month probation period.
