Minimum requirements:

- Work experience as Kitchen Assistant for Preparation and Scullery or similar role in a restaurant.
- Hands-on experience with chopping and preparing ingredients.
- Hands-on experience with deep cleans.
- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
- Slicing and chopping toppings like vegetable, meat, etc.
- Assisting where needed
- Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment.
- Good understanding food hygiene.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Reliable transport to get to work and home as no transport is offered.
- Must reside close or within Rondebosch.

**Experience**:

- Preparation and Scullery: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Rondebosch, Western Cape (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Rondebosch, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (required)
