Junior Receptionist - Killarney Gardens - R7 000

A Manufacturing company is looking for a well-organized Junior Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm smile.

Monitor security and telecommunications systems.

Maintain directories, logs, and office supply inventory.

Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior staff.

Sign for deliveries and ensure proper distribution.

Assist with arranging functions and bookings.

Manage ordering of workwear.

Keep birthday lists updated.

Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
Strong communication and organizational abilities.

High level of professionalism and courtesy.

Excellent time-management skills.

Team player with multitasking capabilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM

Friday: 7:45 AM - 3:00 PM

Living within a 15km to 18km radius of Dunoon is preferred due to our location.
