Skilled Cabinet Maker

We are looking for an experienced cabinetmaker to join our team.

Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- reading shop drawings, drawing 1:1 layouts, generating cutting lists;
- machining timber and boards;
- assembling and fitting furniture;
- monitoring and regulating work flow;
- maintaining workshop order;
- assisting colleagues in all aspects of the above mentioned;
- assuring quality of manufactured product;
- handling a router, table-saw, rip-saw, belt and drum sanders, planers and band-saws;
- selecting appropriate materials, fittings and tools for each task;
- identifying, communicating and solving problems; and
- meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing workmanship.

You must be prepared to take practical tests before being hired.
