**As the Banking Clerk, the main duties and responsibilities of your role are as follows**:
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
Update cash flow bank balances daily
Upload all banks onto SAP
Prepare payment batches on bank system
Upload debit order files daily
Bank account verification
Clear bank entries to General Ledger accounts
Capturing company credit cards and expense claim recon
Expense claim clearing for certain business units
Clearing banks and vendors
Recording of payroll travel and daily allowances information
Processing journal entries
Update monthly ED calculation schedule (BEE)
Loading new banking details on the banking system
**Requirements**:
- MUST have Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant Certificate or short courses
- At least 2 years administration and bank admin experience
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Good computer skills, especially Excel
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal Skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Initiative and creative problem solving skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R11,000.00 - R12,500.00 per month

- Certificate (required)
