Replenishment Analyst

To manage the Forecast and Replenishment process, set parameters, create and maintain the Forecast and to plan and control stock to achieve maximum sales and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintenance of inventory strategies
- Demand and Fulfilment Maintenance
- User Training and assistance to Demand Planners and Planners
- Identification of customer needs and conducting store visits
- Administration and Reporting
- Management of Direct Reports
- Ad Hoc tasks
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
- Commercial or related degree
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Planner with replenishment products
- Above average Excel essential
- Knowledge of forecasting and replenishment methodologies
- Knowledge of JDA Demand & Fulfilment
- Specific skills: Analytical; Sound Business Acumen; Attention to detail, Problem assessment; Problem solving; Planning, organising and control; Good Interpersonal skills, Confidence; Decisiveness; Results driven, Self-motivator and a team player
