- Assisting third parties with 'confirmation of employment' queries
- Scanning all requisite employment documentation
- Capturing annual leave and sick leave
- Assists generally with any / all HR tasks when required to do so
- Recruitment for entry level positions. Screening CVs, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks
- Maintain and manage the personal records of employees
