**An opportunity has become available for Production change over at Samca+**

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Matric /Technical Certificate
- Minimum 3 To 5 years working experience in the Ceramic industry
- Working experience in tile making process
- Team player with strong leadership skills.
- Photo shop, MS Office and Airtable experience
- Confident, self-managed and disciplined

**KEY OUTPUTS/ RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Production change over and mini runs planning.
- Three product readiness and backup readiness
- Process controls on all glaze and raw material required before line set-up and production changes.
- Physical line set-up for both mini runs and production changes.
- Continuous improvement on cost, defects, downtime and production efficiency.
- Standby line inspection to identify hazards and equipment to standard availability
- Assist designer with colour work and colour management of new development
- Executing trials and mini-runs of new products
- Assisting the process controller teams to produce good quality and yields.
- Updating master status and samples status database on Airtable
- Preparing and submit formula sheets
- Matching production referring to the customer sticker master
- Assist glaze prep with availably of glaze on production line.
