Manage and set performance targets for Regional Sales Management and Consultants; Devise and implement a regional sales strategy, in line with the overall business strategy; Achieve annual sales growth targets and profit margins; Maximise publicity, oversee online and offline sales activity and measure effectiveness of promotions and sales material; Build strategic business partnerships with key client and engage with other stakeholders; Liaise and negotiate at a senior level with existing and potential key clients; Identifying additional business opportunities; High level of literacy and numeracy, including the capacity to compile budgets and manage staff activities accordingly; Ensure optimal stock management; Monitor sales and distribution effects and analysis and interpret sales data; Stay abreast of key trends in national and international markets; Excellent co-ordination, delegation and administrative abilities; Good conflict-handling and HR Management skills; Good report-writing and presentation skills; Willing to travel when required; Drive electronic trading

To be considered for the position, you should meet the following essential criteria:
Relevant B Degree or equivalent qualification; 8- 10 years experience in a similar position; Ability to manage budgets in order to reach financial targets; Ability to think strategically, optimise opportunities and have ability to translate such into operational plans. Excellent organizational and communication abilities; Ability to lead a team, yet work independently and flexibly; Extensive experience in the management of a large sales force; Energetic, creative, innovative and enthusiastic; Entrepreneurial thinker; Ability to performance manage; Excellent command of the English language; Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite with above average Excel skills; Strong people skills;
