RPO Recruitment is currently searching for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager (Operations & Maintenance) to join our client's team. As a trusted recruitment partner, we are dedicated to finding the best talent for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of our client's technical systems and equipment. As the Technical Manager (Operations & Maintenance), you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our client's technical systems to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. You will lead a team of technicians and engineers, monitor performance indicators, and implement strategies to improve operational processes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of Millwrights and Technical Operatives
- Maintain and repair plant machinery and equipment with mínimal down time.
- Planning and executing a documented preventative maintenance system.
- Sourcing of maintenance spares and equipment required.
- Daily inspections, record and report information that may imped operation of the plant.
- Ensure that all electrical and mechanical equipment is operational and in strict accordance with Government and Company Rules and Regulations.
- Practice safe working procedures in accordance with the statutory regulations and OHS Act.
- Ensure general maintenance and repairs are completed in accordance to laid-down procedures.
- Appointed as the competent person as required by the statutory regulation.
- Adheres to the company’s safety policy and procedures.
- Property and Asset maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Electrical with Mechanical Experience.
- Millwright Qualification (Red Seal).
- Matric.
- PLC Programming advantages.
- Robotic Experience advantageous
- 5 Years Technical experience with Supervisory experience
