Act as a liaison between the Company and customers, provide product/service information, administrate, and follow through on all orders and resolve any emerging problems that clients/ customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Grade 12 - High School diploma
- Relevant computer software (Syspro, Advance Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)

**o Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same/similar role**
- Relevant qualification/s ideal

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Orders and Returns**
- Capture all orders received form customers
- Arrange for collection and return

**Administration**
- Set up customer accounts
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Manage customers’ accounts
- Keep record of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details for inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Record details of actions taken
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
- Maintain customer databases
- Manage administration
- Follow up on customer interactions

**Customer Complaints**
- National warranty claims
- Complaint entry onto Syspro
- Follow-up on warranties

**Customer care and correspondence**
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer queries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Perform customer verification
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

**Product exchanges**
- Deal with direct product exchanges for Gauteng area. Arrange local direct exchanges deliveries
- Assist factories with exchange orders with regards to production.

**Relationship Management**
- Liaise and communicate with other departments and ensure and effective interface within the organization is maintained.
- Feedback to the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting, and implementing continues improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery.
- Duties and responsibilities are, however, are not limited to this, all reasonable and lawful requests within your scope of work/abilities given by management are to be followed whether this is inside or outside the factories._
