**Duties**:

- Patient loading - Load / update patient information every morning.
- Queries - Handle all medical aid and patient queries and follow up regularly until it is resolved.
- Payments - Allocate all medical aid and patient payments accordingly. Working with decimal values and calculations.
- Telephonic procedures - Ensure that each patient is called and aware of the outstanding account. Handle all calls professionally and efficiently.
- WCA (injury on duty) - Ensure no documentations are outstanding. Load all WCA claims onto Compsol and ensure payment is made for each claim. Handle all queries and ensure that it gets resolved.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Valid drivers license
- Fluent in English
- 1 year experience in similar position
- Knowledge of Elixir Live software would be advantageous
- Mathematics
- Computer literate
- Professional telephonic skills

**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Friday: 08h00 - 16h30

**Remuneration**:

- R 5 000.00 - R7 000.00 negotiable depending on experience
- Pension fund - After probation period.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From R7,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)
