**Salary Range**: R16 976 + Benefits

**Requirements**:
Fluent in German (B2+) and English
Completed Matric
South African Citizenship or ID
Fibre Line 10 mbps/5 mbps

**Benefits**:
R94.85 Per hour = R15 176 Base pay

**Medical Aid**: R1800

**Spousal Medical Aid Contribution**: R1000

**Child Medical Aid Contribution (per child)**: R330

**Night allowance**: Extra pay for night shifts

**Early Morning allowance**: Extra pay for morning shifts
Overtime pay according to BCEA (Basic Conditions of employment act)

Escalated customer issues appropriately and correctly.
Demonstrates timely, accurate and professional customer service
Proactively communicates system and process issues, and customer feedback trends to management
Exceeds customer expectations by going above and beyond all other duties as assigned
