CSV is currently seeking to add an experienced **Workshop Administrator** to its team of professionals.

**Workshop Administrator**

**Job Summary**:
The Workshop Administrator plays an integral role in administrative support to the Workshop Manager, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in workshop processes.
- **Duties/Responsibilities**:_

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Issuing of orders as per Plant Manager and Workshop Manager requirements
- Capturing costs on Buildsmart timeously
- Administration relating to fuel accounts with multiple suppliers
- Bulk fuel capturing
- Updating of vehicle kilometres on a monthly basis to ensure proper maintenance of vehicles
- Administration of all traffic offences
- Licence renewal administration completed on a monthly basis
- Updating of Operator Competency records
- Submitting bi-weekly idle operator reports
- Inform Tracker Companies of new vehicles and arrange for installation of tracker installations
- Assist with the de-registration of vehicles
- Assist with any day-to-day administrative duties as required
- **Required Skills/Abilities**:_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan according to priorities
- Deadline driven with a keen attention to detail (essential)
- Team player (essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- **Education and Experience**:_
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally within the Civil Engineering / Construction Industry
