Audiologist (Afrikaans Speaker)

Our client, a well-established Audiology Practice in the Benoni area is looking to recruit an

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Conducting comprehensive audiometric evaluations and hearing assessments
- Providing hearing aid fittings and programming/adjustments
- Fit and dispense hearing aids
- Evaluate and follow up on the patient’s condition and record any developments
- Provide counselling for the patient and close family members
- Educate patients on ways to prevent hearing loss
- Maintaining patient records and documenting all activities related to patient care
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advances in audiology

**Requirements**:

- Audiology Degree
- Minimum of 5 years Audiology experience is essential
- Fluent in Afrikaans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work with other medical professionals as needed to diagnose and treat patients
- Knowledge of industry software and technology, such as hearing aid programming and fitting software
- Commitment to continued education and staying current on industry developments
- HPCSA membership should be active
