eCommerce is a critical growth channel & capability for PepsiCo’s future - expected to treble in size over the next 5 years. Delivering the right investment approach & NRM is a critical success lever. We’re looking for a stand out individual to join our team to develop and lead NRM for the eComm channel.
With a diverse eCommerce team and offices across Europe (London, Paris, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Istanbul, Moscow) PepsiCo has been laser focused on meeting consumer needs and winning with online retailers. Investing in eCommerce, digital capabilities and talent has been a huge part of that effort.
In this role, you’ll actively partner with pan Europe channel development teams and local PepsiCo markets to establish a clear eCommerce NRM strategy to drive sustainable top and bottom line growth for the channel. Direct focus will be on generating Brand Price Architecture initiatives within Quick Commerce & Pureplay business models, whilst also partnering with broader NRM teams to ensure the right terms and promo investment, as well as Pack Price Architecture Plans to drive eGrocery / omni-channel growth.

This is a strategic role that will require a growth mindset, a degree of entrepreneurialism & autonomy to build solutions & capabilities for future success - The scope covers Europe with close alignment to our teams in each market and the Global eCommerce CoE Team.
The role reports organisationally to the eComm channel development team, with functional / dotted reporting line into the NRM CoE team.
**What you’ll get up to**
- Create, and lead the revenue management agenda across eCommerce in Europe to deliver a compelling portfolio & channel mix strategy to unlock advantaged NRM (pricing, promo, mix, revenue growth) across Pep categories
- Work in partnership and under the coordination of the sector NRM CoE team to;
- Understand NRM performance across eComm sub-channel landscape at European level
- Drive PEP performance & NRR algorithm vs. key competitors
- Build & understand local BU NRM performance context & strategic priorities
- Establish key NRM financial metrics performance and drivers at Europe, sub-channel & category level
- Deliver clear NRM sub-channel & mix strategy to drive accretive growth to eCommerce & the wider business (vs. OT & TT channels)
- Establish clear progress review approach to truly understand NRM as a key growth lever for eComm
- Partner with BU NRM teams to cascade Category NRM strategy from PSP into BU AOP, and create process to facilitate 2-way dialogue with BUs during AOP development (Execute process design, Provide Consultation during)
- Support the coordination of the total NRM agenda across broader channels & categories (Consultation)
- Actively work with Europe eComm finance lead, eComm sub-channel & performance leads to truly understand channel & sub-channel performance & provide clear strategic & operational direction on how to maximise NRM opportunities
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Your experience and ability**
- Immediate credibility in commercial strategy & have experience building executable commercial/financial strategy in a CPG environment
- Strong top-tier consulting or commercial strategy background in FMCG OR commercial analytics experience of which at least 3 years in a senior strategy role.
- Very strong analytical skills - excellent competency in MS Excel is a must, as is experience of managing complex, incomplete & inconsistent datasets and defining strategic analytics (market sizing/growth forecasts etc).
- Deep grounding in analytical logic and ability to translate complex data into powerful insight
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to problem solve / search out facts / engage internal & external contacts to source data without prior detailed process/guidance
- Proven experience using PowerPoint and ability to produce visually compelling presentations (i.e. beyond just operating the software) that are impactful with a senior audience
- Clarity in communication (English language) to enable production of a very high standard of commentary that is impactful and credible amongst our most senior audiences.
- Balance of data experience across Financial / P&L and broader consumer/shopper/commercial insights in a CPG environment (note no specific financial qualifications required)
- Growth mindset, leveraging key financial concepts & active partnership approach
- Experience of digital business models would be a real differentiator
