**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Managing full financial function
- Planning and tracking cash flow and financial planning
- Managing finance staff
- Developing and implementing financial processes and internal controls
- Developing, evaluating and implementing financial policies and activities
- Evaluating financial viability and forecasting performance - presenting reports to management / directors

**Experience and qualifications**:

- Advanced Excel
- Stakeholder management
- Payroll reconciliation
- Cash flow management
- SAICA Registered CA - SA
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a CFO / Financial Manager
- Manufacturing or forestry industry experience would be preferred
