Personal Assistant to Director - Kleinmond, Western Cape.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our client as a Personal Assistant. In this role, you will be the essential support for the Director and various departments within our head office.

Here’s a glimpse into what your responsibilities will entail:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Including, but not limited to;
- Director’s Right Hand: Act as a personal assistant to the Director, including liaison with clients and the Senior Management team.
- Office Administration: Handle the ordering of office supplies. Ensuring the office is presentable, clean and any maintenance matters are attended to, including the gardens. Responsibilities also include managing post, maintaining store rooms, typing, printing, monitoring attendance, recording meeting minutes, and maintaining lists.
- Travel Coordination: Organize flights and travel arrangements for management.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing corporate events and managing gifting.
- Presentation Preparation: Prepare presentations and tenders for new and existing business.
- Diary/Calendar Management: Efficiently manage schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Traffic Fine Management: Transfer traffic fines to the driver and ensure timely payment.
- General Administrative Support: Utilize your excellent knowledge of MS Office to provide administrative support.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring supporting documentation is submitted.
- Issue Resolution: Ensure prompt resolution of any queries.
