**Location: Nelspruit**

**R14 000 Basic Per Month**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for offloading and loading vehicles
- Responsible for dispatching stock or delivery trucks
- Updating and maintaining Floor reports
- Updating and maintaining POD (Proof of Delivery) reports
- Updating and maintaining Collections dashboard and reports
- Responsible for writing or printing of manifest, delivery notes and trip sheets
- Liaising with delivery staff and customers
- Always maintain high standard of housekeeping and safety
- Report any irregularities to his/her superior daily
- Ensure that all freight is planned into the correct location
- Responsible for route planning, optimizing delivery schedules, and ensuring efficient and timely transportation of goods
- Briefing and debriefing of drivers on a daily basis
- Responsible for daily floor walk to ensure that stock is enroute as planned
- Planning of routes daily for night shift to action
- Handling of depot collection documents
- Managing of the Local Utilisation and Productivity Report daily.

**Requirements**:

- Matric and/or Degree/Diploma in Logistics or related field would be beneficial
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience in Operations and proven working knowledge in Logistics Planning
- Reporting and effective communication
- Ability to work without constant supervision
- Good problem-solving skills
- Computer literate and excel proficiency a must
- Knowledge of vehicle loading, staff management & planning
- Needs to be a team player
- Ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R12 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month
