Checking weekly clocking’s for Locum Nurses

Capturing Locum Hours for submission to Charisma for weekly Payroll
- Monthly _

Checking all permanent staff Clocking’s

Capture all staff leave days on excel and check leave forms vs clocking’s.

Capture Monthly staff Overtime and submit to Finance for Checking and sign off.

Submitting Overtime Document to HR Torque with Notes: New employees CTC Unpaid Days Staff Advances / Re - imbursements

Ensure payment for Payroll is done and Payroll is closed, and staff are paid on the 25th. Ensure all staff receive pay slips

**Daily**

Contacting all clinics to ensure Nursing staff are in

Report staff Absenteeism with reasons and return to work date.

Arrange for staff replacements when staff are absent.

Update management on staffing daily

Assist with all staff queries.

Recruitment

Advertise positions.

Liaise with Agency for Locum Nurse

Conduct Interviews

Drafting employee contracts

Updating Dr’s Schedule Monthly and communicating with Management and Reception

**Training & Development**

Receive quotations for training.

Booking and coordinating staff attending training

Payment of training

Updating training schedules for annual workplace skills submission to HR Torque

**Industrial Relations**

Investigating concerns raised for disciplinary.

Staff counselling

Issuing of warnings

Employment Equity Having ¼ meetings with EE Committee

Provide feedback to HR Torque for EE Reporting

Annually,

Ensure All Nursing staff have their SANC Receipts

Ensure All Nursing staff have Dispensing License

Ensure All staff are trained in compliance with Training Legislation

All Ad hock tasks requested by Management.

Salary neg depending on experience.

**Salary**: From R20 000,00 per month
