**Position Overview**:
As a Multidisciplinary Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives and overseeing counter sales operations for two distinct but interconnected businesses: a Solar & Electrical Wholesaler Shop and a Precast Manufacturing Plant. This dynamic position requires a versatile sales professional capable of navigating both the solar/electrical and construction industries. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and facilitating growth across diverse product lines.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with management to develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each business.
- Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales performance.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, product presentations, and exceptional service delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, recommendations, and solutions to meet their evolving needs and challenges.

**Sales Execution and Oversight**:

- Lead sales initiatives across multiple channels, including direct sales visits, counter sales operations, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide guidance and support to counter sales representatives, ensuring alignment with sales objectives, product knowledge, and customer service standards.

**Product Expertise and Training**:

- Conduct product training sessions for sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Generate regular sales reports and analysis to track progress, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles, with experience in both the solar/electrical and construction industries preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Ability to travel extensively to conduct sales visits, attend industry events, and engage with clients across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position requires a combination of office-based work, field sales visits, and oversight of counter sales operations.
- Travel is a significant component of the role, with flexibility required for overnight stays and irregular hours as needed.
- The ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously is essential for success in this dynamic role.

**Salary**: R12 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
