**Requirements**:

- Matric (Grade 12) qualification or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a call centre environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive approach
- Ability to build rapport with customers and overcome objections
- Good negotiation and persuasive skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Computer Literate
