**The role**:
We are looking for gritty, passionate, and energetic Broker Sales Consultants to be YuLife’s ambassadors to the broker market— promoting our brand with leading benefit advisors and consultants. You’ll be the face of YuLife in your assigned territory— fueling our SA market launch and driving growth for the company.

**Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Sharing YuLife’s story and values with our broker channel partners— helping them supercharge their group insurance strategies for employers of all sizes.
- Educating the market about our value proposition and how YuLife makes insurance a vehicle for inspiring life and rewarding healthy living.
- Identifying, building, and activating local relationships with leading brokerage firms to increase YuLife visibility and adoption.
- Acting as the go-to sales resource in your assigned sales territory for our strategic distribution partners and their teams.
- Meeting and exceeding revenue growth targets in your assigned territory and with your assigned partners.
- Being the voice of the market with internal YuLife partners across the organization to help shape the development of future priorities and enhancements.
- 5+ years Employee Benefits (EB) sales experience and proven track record of selling through the broker channel, either at an insurance company or other benefits ecosystem solution (i.e., wellness, benefits administration).
- A self-starter, high energy attitude— someone who is actively looking for, and will be motivated by, being a part of an exciting early stage launch with an enormous market opportunity.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, a willingness to challenge the status quo, and a genuine passion for seeing insurance as a force for good.
- A gritty and ambitious mindset with a relentless focus on sales discipline and execution— including territory and pipeline management, CRM execution (i.e.HubSpot), and developing and meeting a sales forecast.
- Stellar presentation skills (both in-person and virtual) and ability to clearly and concisely articulate YuLife’s values and how we help people “Live their best Yu”.
- A team-first and collaborative mentality.
- FAIS Compliant and must have RE 5 (RE 1 will be a plus)

- Group Cover: GLA 6 x annual salary. 75% of salary with 2 month waiting period for a term of 24 months
