**ADP Marine and Modular **(a wholly owned subsidiary of Lycopodium) is seeking a qualified **Junior Draughtsperson **to join our growing Cape Town based team of professionals.

Your **main responsibilities** will include but are not limited to:

- Be proficient in all aspects of CAD software and to use those skills within ADP defined CAD procedures.
- Produce Arrangements and Detail Drawings that are consistent with industry, client and ADP standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.Produce drawings within project-defined budgets and deliverables.
**What you will bring**:

- N3 level appropriate, relevant tertiary qualification
- Qualification in Multi-Disciplinary Office Practice, advantageous
- Solid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision whilst consistently producing a high quality of deliverables, within budget and schedule constraints.
- Demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft suite of software packages, including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
- Demonstrate ability to and/or proficiency in the use of specific proprietary software packages relevant to the Design & Drafting discipline.
- Working knowledge of software’s in the Autodesk AEC suite would be advantageous - AutoCAD 2d & 3D, Plant 3D, Advance Steel, Civil 3D etc.
- Ability to achieve budget manhours and milestone deliverable dates.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a team and knowledge sharing environment.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and a practical approach to solving engineering problems.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development.
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment.
- Demonstrate a strict practice of confidentiality, personal responsibility and discretion.
- High degree of professional ethics.
