**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and diligent Workshop Floor Supervisor to join our team in Johannesburg, Clayville. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a mechanical background and experience in a workshop environment to take on supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.

Monitor and keep track of technician hours to ensure optimal staffing levels and productivity.

Maintain accurate records of stock inventory within the workshop.

Fill in job cards accurately, detailing work performed and materials used.

Control stock coming in and out of the workshop, ensuring adequate levels of supplies are maintained.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of parts and materials.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop environment.

**Requirements**:
Mechanical background and experience in a workshop environment is essential.

Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Own reliable transportation is required for commuting to and from the workshop.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle changing priorities and challenges.

Pay: R70,00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
