**Job & Company Description**:
A South African mobile communications company in the Telecommunications industry is urgently looking for a Head of Finance. This is an exceptional opportunity for you, as you would get to join a national company that is known for the first standalone 5G network in the country, and is best known for providing 3G, 4G and LTE services.

**Education**:

- Qualified CA(SA)
- Relevant certification/accreditation with professional body as required for role
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in similar environment and managerial role
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in similar positions
- Competence in financial, communication, commercial and operational areas
- Be able to lead, develop and coach a team
- Have people leadership skills and organizational capacity building skills

**Job Experience & Skills Required**:

- Translating the finance operations strategies into operational plans
- Executing the full financial operations transactional process and delivery
- Ownership of payroll function and team
- Ensuring monthly reporting
- Preparing annual financial statements
- Taxation
- Assist statutory functions
- Assist strategic finance in developing budgets, forecasts of payments and receipts
